Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight for each order including a small handling charge and packaging. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Shopping Cart page or at Checkout.
Once the payment is complete, your order will be shipped within three days.
Payment Methods – credit or debit card
You can pay online via credit card (Visa or Mastercard). You will receive an order confirmation once the payment has been completed.
Order Confirmation
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Customs and Duty
We take no responsibility for additional tax or duties you will charged in your country. Please be informed yourself of the duties for your country.
Allowed Goods
We take no responsibility for allowed or prohibited goods. Please check your local laws regarding goods allowed into your country.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your goods don’t reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please. We would love to solve the situation for you.
Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.
In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ = 6 working days / international = approx. 21 working days) of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.
NZ Post’s terms and conditions dictate that an international investigation into a missing or damaged parcel can only be launched within a limited time after a parcel’s dispatch.
For us to be able to assist you with regards to a missing parcel please contact us within 90 days of your parcel’s dispatch.
For us to be able to assist you regarding a damaged parcel please contact us within 7 days of your parcel’s delivery date.

From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Additionally, DYH is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall DYH’s cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from DYH, and if no purchase has been made by you DYH’s cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DYH pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by DYH shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by DYH.
