After subscribing, purchasing one of our products or enrolling in a free or paid event or webinar the personal data we may hold about you is as follows:

- Telephone/mobile number

We may also collect some information that is not personal information because it does not identify you or anyone else. For example, we may collect anonymous answers to surveys or aggregated information about how users use our website.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Direct marketing and client updates
We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services that we consider may be of interest to you. By Law we have to keep basic information about our customers in relation to tax and invoices for seven years, based on New Zealand law.

If there is a change of control of our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. Courses, Webinars + Groups/Forums
If you participate in an event, discussion forum, chat room or webinar, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, potentially inside or outside Discover Yourself Health, who have access to that discussion forum or chat room. Also, please recognise that individual forums and chat rooms may have additional rules and conditions. Each participant’s opinion on a forum or chat room is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of Discover Yourself Health or Willow Rand.
Please be advised that for any forums or Webinars you attend, recordings can be enabled by a meeting or webinar host. By signing up for any of Discover Yourself Health’s, or any other host(s) authorised by Discover Yourself Health, webinar services or otherwise using them in any way, including without limitation by attending any Discover Yourself Health meeting or webinar, you expressly acknowledge that we may make and store recordings for meetings or webinars, and may make such recordings available to hosts and other Attendees at the direction of Willow Rand and Discover Yourself Health. If you do not want to be recorded, you can choose to leave the meeting or webinar.

We may send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. It helps us recognise you and personalise your experience. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the Site.
